Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request, depending on availability. Fees may apply.

Reservations & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

• Individual reservations: A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is charged 30 days prior to arrival. 
• Group reservations (3+ cabins): A non-refundable deposit is charged 60 days prior to arrival.

What happens if I don’t show up?
No-shows are treated as cancellations, and deposits are forfeited.

Pets

Can I bring my pet or service animal?
Pets and service animals are allowed by request and require prior approval. Fees may apply, so please contact us ahead of your stay.

Parking & Transportation

Where can I park? Do you offer free parking?
Yes! Parking is available next to your cabin, with additional space throughout the property for multiple vehicles.

Do you provide transportation from Talkeetna?
We do not offer shuttle services. However, local shuttle and public transportation options are available—please contact us for the latest information.

Dining & Groceries

Do you offer meal services?
We do not offer meal services. All cabins include kitchenettes or full kitchens, and guests may also use the Lodge’s full kitchen (after 6pm) and BBQ.

A nearby option for groceries is Cubby’s Marketplace, located about 1.5 miles away. There are also several great local dining options in Talkeetna.

Wildlife & Safety

Are there bears and moose in the area?
Yes—both black bears, brown bears, and moose are common in the area. As this is Alaska, always stay aware of your surroundings and follow recommended wildlife safety guidelines.
