Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of the first night’s stay plus tax is required 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the stay will not be charged. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the stay forfeit the deposit.

For group reservations (3 cabins and more) a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay is due 60 days prior to the stay.

Check In and Check Out

Check In time is 4pm. If you plan to check in after 10pm, we ask that you arrange this in advance so we can be prepared for your arrival.

Check out time is 11 am.

Hours of Operation

There is a host on site. The host can be reached by phone at (907) 733 – 8700 during office hours (8am – 10pm).

The lodge is open for guests daily from 6pm until 10pm.

Services

The outdoor pavilion, fire pit and firewood are available for guests use and free of charge.

Additional housekeeping services are available upon request. Fees may apply.

BBQs are available for guests’ use.
